FAQs

Payment?

Cash, checks, and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment. Most services can be paid for using your flexible spending account (FSA) or healthcare savings account (HSA). Payment is due at the time of service.

Service Delivery?

We provide services within the comfort of your home, community setting, or through teletherapy.

Insurance?

We are in the process of becoming an in-network provider with some insurance companies. We will provide a Superbill for families to submit for reimbursement from their insurance company. At this time, services are out of network and private pay.

Referral?

A doctor's referral is not required to initiate speech services. However, a referral can aid in insurance reimbursement purposes, as some providers may only cover speech services if it is ordered by a physician.

Superbill?

A superbill is an itemized bill that families can submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for reimbursement and what percentage of reimbursement your plan will provide.

Sessions?

Sessions range from 30, 45, or 60 minutes long and are recommended one to three times per week depending on you, your loved one, or your child's specific needs.
